Finally, head west for Bayamo and a city tour of Santiago de Cuba before enjoying a beach side escape in Guardalavaca.

Day 1: Havana
Upon arrival in Havana you will be met by your local guide and transferred to Hotel Comodoro.
Day 2: Havana
Breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning exploring Modern and Old Havana. You will discover the famous Colon Cemetry with its iconographic and elaborated marble statues and then stroll through the four main squares of Old Havana followed by lunch at a local restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. You might like to visit one of Havana's many interesting museums or just wander around and get to know the city better. In the evening, we have planned for you a visit of the Morro Cabaña Fortress and dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3: Havana - Pinar del Rio - Vinales - Havana
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be taken west out of Havana, travelling along the autopista through rural Cuba for approximately two and a half hours to the beautiful countryside province of Pinar del Rio and the tobacco growing fields of Viñales. In Viñales you will see the Mural de la Prehistoria: a huge mural depicting the history of evolution in bright, vivid colours and then you will walk through the Cueva del Indio and enjoy a short boat ride inside. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will take you to Soroa, known as "the rainbow of Cuba" a gorgeous natural area and tiny settlement 85km southwest of Havana. Finally we will take you back to Comodoro hotel for dinner.
Day 4: Santa Clara
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be taken to the revolutionary city of Santa Clara. On the way, we will follow the traces of the American novelist Ernest Hemingway who spent many years of his life in Cuba. You will visit Finca Vigia and the town of Cojimar, which inspired the short novel The Old Man and the Sea. Lunch will be at Las Terrazas de Cojimar, Hemigway's favourite restaurant in the area. Accomodation and dinner in Santa Clara at La Granjita Hotel.
Day 5: Cienfuegos - Trinidad
Breakfast at the hotel. During the morning we will guide you through Santa Clara, where we will visit Cha Guevara Memorial and the Tren Blindado, Spanish for armoured train, national monument, memorial park and museum of the Cuban Revolution. We will carry on to Cienfuegos for lunch, a city tour and visit of Tomas Terry Theater, one of the finest eclectic buildings of the town.
Accomodation and dinner in Playa Ancon, south of Trinidad, at the all inclusive Costa Sur hotel.
Day 6: Trinidad
Breakfast at the hotel. During the morning you will explore the colonial heart of Trinidad, taking in its churches, squares and museums before enjoying lunch at a colonial restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure and you can relax on the beach of Playa Ancon and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Accomodation and dinner at Costa Sur hotel.
Day 7: Trinidad - Camaguey
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Camaguey, Cuba's third largest city, via the verdant Valle de los Ingenios, also named Valley of the Sugar Mills, which still contains the ruins of dozens of 19th-century sugar mills, including warehouses, milling machinery, slave quarters, manor houses and a fully functioning steam train. On the way we will stop to visit the Tower of Manaca Iznaga with lunch in a local resturant. We will stroll through the pastel colonials streets of Camaguey famous also for its baroque churches. Accomodation and dinner at Camaguey hotel.
Day 8: Bayamo - Cobre - Santiago de Cuba
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Santiago, second-largest city and first capital of Cuba, also fifth village founded by Spanish conquistador Diego Velázquez de Cuéllar, home of the revolutionary hero Frank País. On the way we will stop in the trapped-in-time town of Bayamo for a short visit and lunch. The trip continues to the impressive Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Cobre. Accomodation and dinner at Versalles Hotel.
Day 9: Santiago de Cuba
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour of Santiago and visit to all main landmarks including Antonio Maceo Revolution Square, 26 de Julio Museum, Cespedes Square and the Morro Castle. Lunch at a local restuarnt and free afternoon to discover the city. Accomodation and dinner at Versalles Hotel.
Day 10: Guardalavaca
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the beach area of Playa Guardalavaca. Accomodation at all inclusive Atlantico Guardalavaca hotel.

Day 1: Havana - Guama - Cienfuegos
Departure at 8.30 am to Guamá in Zapata Peninsula for a visit of the Crocodile Farm. Enjoy a boat trip through mangrove-lined waterways across Laguna del Tesoro (Treasure Lake) arriving to a 'recreation' of a Taíno village. Lunch in a local restaurant and drive to Cienfuegos, known as the Pearl of the South which has long seduced travelers from around the island with its elegance, enlightened French airs and feisty Caribbean spirit. Accomodation and dinner at Hotel Rancho Luna or Hotel Faro Luna.
Day 2: Cienfuegos & Trinidad
Breakfast at the hotel. City tour of Cienfuegos, including visit of Tomas Terry Theater, one of the finest eclectic buildings of the town, Parque Jose Marti,Casa de Bienes Culturales and Cathedral of the Purísima Concepción. Stroll to the beautiful Bay of Cienfuegos, one of the most magnificent bays in the country, dotted with pittoresque caves, coral formations and sunken ships. Lunch at a local restaurant and continuation of the journey to Trinidad, a perfectly preserved Spanish colonial settlement where the clocks stopped in 1850 and have yet to restart. Accomodation in one of the hotels of the town and dinner.
Day 3: Trinidad
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore the colonial heart of Trinidad, taking in its churches, squares and museums before enjoying lunch at a colonial restaurant. Visit the City Museum, the Church of the Holy Trinity, the Ceramic Workshop and Bar la Canchánchara with a tasting of its notorious cocktails. Accomodation in hotel and dinner.
Day 4: Santy Spiritus - Ciego de Avila - Camaguey
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Sancti Spiritus. On the way visit to the Sugar Cane Valley, also known as Valle de los Ingenios, which still contains the ruins of dozens of 19th-century sugar mills, including warehouses, milling machinery, slave quarters, manor houses and a fully functioning steam train. Panoramic walk through the town of Sancti Spiritus with a stop at the Yayabo River Tavern, emblematic building from the early twentieth century where you can taste excellent wines and tapas. Departure to Camagüey, lunch in transit in the town of Ciego de Avila. Accomodation and dinner at Hotel Club Amigo Mayanabo.
Day 5: Camaguey - Bayamo - Santigo de Cuba
Breakfastat at the hotel and departure to Santiago de Cuba, Cuba's first capital city. Visit to the city of Bayamo known as the city of the national anthem. Walk around the Cathedral of San Salvador de Bayamo where for the first time the notes of the historic anthem were sung and the first government of the republic in arms was established in the 19th century. Lunch at local restuarant and continuation of the trip to Santiago de Cuba. In transit visit the Copper Sanctuary located in the center of the Sierra Maestra. The trip continues to the impressive Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Cobre. Accomodation and dinner in hotel.
Day 6: Santiago de Cuba
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of Santiago de Cuba's historical centre, including Cathedral Square or Cespedes Park and stroll through its coloureful streets, visit to the Diego Velasquez Museum or Colonial Environment, visit to San Pedro de la Roca Fortress or Morro and the Museum of Piracy. Lunch. Visit to the cemetery Santa Ifigenia. Return to the hotel, free time. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Santiago de Cuba
